Removing car data
If you own the car, you can ask us to hide the whole car page, a single sale (lot) or specific photos.
How to send a request
Email us (address below) and include: the car’s VIN (17 characters) or a link to its page; what to hide — the whole page, a lot (auction and lot number) or photos (which ones); proof that the car is yours — for example, a photo of the car’s title with personal data covered except the VIN.
What happens next
After verification the car page stops opening (the site responds “page removed”), disappears from the sitemap, and search engines are notified of the removal. The page drops out of Google and other search results after their next crawl. A hidden lot or photos are no longer shown on the car page.
We cannot remove data from auction websites or other services — please contact them directly.
The email for requests will appear here soon. Meanwhile you can reach us via the Contacts page.
