Terms of use

The data on the site is collected from public auction sources and provided “as is”. We try to show it accurately but do not guarantee completeness and are not liable for decisions made based on it. Inspect a car in person or through an independent expert before buying.

Damage descriptions, start condition (Run & Drive) and mileage are the auction’s assessment at the time of listing and may change by the time of purchase.

Automated bulk collection of data from the site without our consent is prohibited. Linking to CarBids pages and quoting individual data with a link to the source is allowed.

This is a draft; the final version will be published before paid services launch.

CarBids is an independent service. We are not affiliated with Copart, Inc. or IAA, Inc. (Insurance Auto Auctions) and do not represent them. Auction names and car makes are trademarks of their owners.
